Chris Thompson
Chris is Chief Executive of the Express Group, Deputy Chairman of One NorthEast and Chairman of the Tyne and Wear Partnership, which was established to improve the economic development of Tyne & Wear. He is a former North East Businessman of the Year.

Antony Ross
Antony is a Director at Bridges Community Ventures. He has 14 years of private equity investment in a wide range of businesses from early stage development opportunities to later stage management buyouts. Previously he managed 3i's Newcastle and Cambridge offices.

Tim Levett
Tim joined Northern Investors as an investment executive in 1985 and became investment director of NVM in 1988. He is a non-executive director of Northern Venture Trust PLC, Northern 3 VCT PLC and several unquoted companies.

Alan Mawson
Alan is Executive Chairman and founder of Clarendon Fund Managers. Alan is also a board member of the Rainbow Seed Fund LP and is Chairman of University of Salford Enterprise Ltd.

Marion Bernard
Marion has 12 years experience in debt and equity finance, including 8 years investing as a venture capitalist in early stage companies. She graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, after which she joined Barclays Bank plc where she focused on corporate banking and acquisition finance.

Gerry White
Gerry has worked in early stage technology venture capital for the last 24 years and has experience in all phases of fund management, from raising funds, making successful investments, helping investee companies to grow, through to achieving successful exits and returns to investors.
